First thing, you are way off on your delays.  we will explain why. Even though the spell you are casting is insta-cast, in other words it's just a melee strike, it still has a nominal, very small, 'cast time'. On top of that, you have your latency to take into consideration, and the global cooldown. 

 
1)  Over the course of about 10 minutes do several or Ping.  This will give you an idea of what your latency is. We know a 10 minute window is small but this is just forstarters. Let's pretend your latency is 300ms.

2)  Reduce your delay's to get your macro packed tightly after start your macro with too much delay. Ex. Skill Ferocious Strike III. Delay 1.8. Skill Robust Blow II. Delay 1.8. kill Wrath Strike I. You can buy buy aion gold  from us.

3)  Casting a skill, then providing time for the global cd, accounting for latency, and then adding just a bit more on top of that for 'cast' time (even tho it is instant) 1sec global cd. 0.3 sec latency. 0.5 sec legroom.

4)  Test, Test, Test, and then Test it again. If you miss a spell, then that means you need more delay. If your temp just stands there for a second and the spells donot hit fast enough, reduce delay.

5)  One other thing, we had recommend a lead-off of your macro with a attack (or at the end whichever works best for you). This will start your auto-attack, so after your macro is complete you still do melee damage.
